Qingdao Hongjing Real Estate Development Co.,Ltd. is a wholly-owned subsidiary of Qingdao Free Trade Zone Hongtyre Industrial and Commercial Co.,Ltd., the proposed project of real estate, located in the ditrict of urban planning of Laixi City, Qingdao, is governed under Guhe Sub-district Office, and it is only 9 kilometers away from City of Laixi Town Hall, Changguang East Road, i.e. urban arterial road of 32-meter width, lies to the west. The rest of 600Mu(40ha.) of land for urban construction will be built for high-class townhouse, the floor area of development will be 250,000square metres, and total number of households will be 1,100units, with style of South California, simple, warm color and clear. The total area of 900Mu(60ha.) of land for landscape planning will be developed for land scape, lake view, agriculture-oriented sightseeing park, agricultural experimental base and so on. Now the whole project is under master planning, the hot spring resort plans to begin trial operation on Spe.01,2008, and will officially open on October 01, 2008, the first phrase project of townhouse will be developed to 120 units, and will open on April 01,2009.
